What I Offer and How
I offer face to face sessions in South West London, as well as telephone, online, and ‘Walk and Talk’ sessions. My role is to support you on your journey, whether short-term or long-term, helping you improve your mental health, confidence, and self-esteem so that you can live a more fulfilling life.
I listen without judgment and work collaboratively with you, believing that our therapeutic relationship is central to creating positive change. I use a client-centred approach, respecting your unique experiences and worldview, while providing a warm, empathetic, and safe space for exploration.
How to Begin Your Journey
You can start by emailing me to arrange a free 15-20 minute telephone consultation. This is an opportunity to discuss how we might work together, ask any questions about counselling, and explore possible goals. If you feel comfortable to continue, we can arrange your first session and discuss scheduling regular weekly sessions.
There is no obligation to book after the consultation.
Fees: £45-70 per session. Concessions are available for students or those on low income.
Workshops
I deliver community workshops focused on mental health, including sessions specifically designed for university students.
