What I can offer and how?
I offer face to face sessions in the South West London area as well as telephone, online, and/or ‘Walk and Talk sessions’. My role is to support you on the journey, as a secure base, short-term or long-term, to help improve your mental health, including, confidence and self-esteem, in living a more fulfilling life.
I will be there to listen and help you find your own answers, without any judgments or preconceived notions. This includes working collaboratively with you, with the belief that our relationship, as client and therapist, is essential in making change possible. I will work therapeutically with you and your individual experience, appreciating that you are your own unique person, thus taking into consideration, your whole being, which is the central principle of my work. Therefore, it is important, I use a client centred approach, to appreciate the nuances of a person’s worldview, whilst creating a warm, empathic, nurturing, and non-judgmental space.
How to get started with counselling with me?
Please feel free to call or email me to set up an initial session. I offer free telephone consultations, for a duration of 15-20 minutes. This is an opportunity to discuss, how we can work together, answering any questions that you may have, pertaining to counselling. We can establish what possible goals you would like to achieve from counselling, and if you are happy to continue, we can set up your first counselling session. Furthermore, we can look to arranging regular weekly sessions.
There is no obligation to book in for a session.
Fees
£45-70 per session. Concessions apply, depending on individual circumstances, such as, students and low income.
Workshops
I deliver community workshops relating to Mental Health, including Mental Health for University students.
